Make a Strawberry Santa

You will need:

• Large strawberries

• Banana slices

• Whipped cream or ricotta

• Chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Cut off the strawberry leaf

2. Cut a thin slice off the end

3. Cut the banana into thin slices

4. Put a dollop of cream or ricotta onto the strawberry slice

5. Place the banana slice on top of the cream

6. Add the rest of the strawberry

7. Push in the chocolate chip eyes

8. Share with friends and family - enjoy !
